Finding Sustainable Balance Under Pressure
Tame stress. Break patterns. Regain clarity
A five-day seminar on stress regulation in a restorative setting by the sea
The starting point
From Problem to Possibility
Professional life today often unfolds under constant pressure. Growing uncertainty, rising care responsibilities and an accelerated pace of life can create cognitive overload and make genuine recovery more difficult.
The seminar creates space to understand how stress is shaped by individual habits, environments and daily demands, and to develop practical strategies that can be integrated into personal and professional life.
What makes this seminar different?
Experience-Based Learning
Rather than focusing on abstract concepts alone, the seminar starts with lived experience. Through guided exercises, observation, and reflection, participants explore how stress shows up in their own lives and develop insights that are personally meaningful and relevant.
Guided Exploration
There is no single solution that works for everyone. Participants are introduced to a range of body-, breath-, perception-, and reflection-based approaches and are encouraged to discover which methods best fit their individual circumstances, personalities, and professional realities.
A Holistic Perspective
Stress affects more than the mind alone. The seminar explores the interaction between body, mind, emotions, and environment, creating a broader understanding of resilience and sustainable well-being.
Learning with Place
Where we learn matters. The seminar takes place in Dahab for a reason. The sea, desert, and surrounding mountains are not a geographical coincidence; they are intentionally woven into the learning process. Simplicity, fewer distractions, and a slower rhythm create room for reflection, attention, and recovery.
Small Group Setting
With a limited number of participants, the seminar offers space for meaningful exchange, personal feedback, and individual support throughout the learning process.
Transfer to Everyday Life
The goal is not to escape daily pressures but to engage with them differently. Participants develop realistic strategies that can be adapted to their own professional and personal contexts long after the seminar has ended.

Why travel to Dahab for a seminar?
Nestled between the Red Sea and the mountains of South Sinai, Dahab has long attracted people seeking simplicity, connection to nature, and a slower pace of life. Originally a small Bedouin fishing village, it has retained much of its relaxed character despite becoming an international destination for divers, remote workers, and travellers. With its year-round sunshine, relaxed atmosphere, and reputation as one of the safest and most welcoming destinations in the region, Dahab offers an environment that supports both learning and recovery. Whether spending time by the sea, exploring the desert, joining local wellness activities, or simply slowing down, participants have many opportunities to recharge alongside the seminar experience.
